Wondering why your order got cancelled? There can be several reasons behind it. Here are some of the most common ones:
Out-of-Stock Items: Sometimes, the items you ordered might no longer be available.
Incorrect Advertising: We might need to cancel the order if an item is listed incorrectly.
Pending Payment: Orders pending for several days without payment may be cancelled.
Uncollected Paid Orders: If you've paid for an order but haven't collected it, it might get cancelled.
High-Risk or Fraudulent Orders: Orders identified as potentially fraudulent or 'high risk' are cancelled to protect your security.
Suspended or Blocked Accounts: Orders placed by suspended or blocked accounts can be cancelled.
While this list isn't exhaustive, these are the usual reasons we might cancel an order. If we cancel your order, we'll process a full refund using your original payment method unless we notify you otherwise. Refunds are generally processed the same day but can be delayed over a weekend. Once processed, the money leaves our account immediately and can take 3-5 days to return, depending on the payment method used and your financial institution.
Contact our Customer Service team immediately if you think your order was cancelled by mistake or have any questions. We're here to help! They can also suggest alternate payment methods or provide updates on refunds.
