Once we process your refund (usually within one business day), it can take 3 to 5 days for it to appear in your account.
Some orders, like pre-orders or custom PC builds, might not be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, we'll need to wait for the item to arrive before processing the cancellation.
