Orders Paid via PayPal or Already Dispatched
We can't modify orders paid via PayPal or those that have been collected or dispatched. If your order falls into these categories, you'll need to cancel and place a new order.

Modifying Delivery Orders
Changed your mind about delivery or pickup? Let us know as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate your request, it might not always be possible, especially for delivery orders.
Exceptions
PayPal Orders: Due to fraud prevention, we can't modify PayPal orders. Cancel the order, and we'll process any refunds. You can then place a new order.
Dispatched Orders: If your order is already on its way, you can either wait for delivery and send the item back to us or place a new order and return the unwanted item through our Change of Mind process. Note that some items may not be eligible for return.
Collected Orders: For orders already picked up, you'll need to create a new order on our website.
Refund Process Duration
If you cancel an order, we'll process any refund within 5-7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.
