What happens if no one is at home during the delivery?

Wondering what happens if no one is home during your delivery? We've got you covered.

Standard and Express Post Orders
Our couriers usually deliver between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you’re not home, no worries! The courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from their nearest collection facility. Just be sure to pick it up soon, or it might get returned to us.

Pro Tip: Use a residential or business address where someone will be available to sign for your order to avoid any hassles.

Returned Orders
If your parcel is sent back to us, don't stress. Contact us to arrange a refund or redelivery. Keep in mind, additional freight charges might apply, and the original delivery fee may not be refundable.
