Order Updates
All orders must be completed via our website. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched, including all the relevant tracking details. You can also always check your order status by viewing your order history on our website.
Delivery Orders
If you place your order before 2 pm, we’ll dispatch it the same day (excluding weekends). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details via email. For more information about delivery, please click here.
Can't Find Your Order?
If your order isn't showing up on the pending orders page, try checking the completed orders section here.
Cancelled Orders
If your order was cancelled, there might have been an issue during checkout, and our system automatically cancelled it. Please try placing your order again, double-check your payment details, or try another payment method.
