Diagnostic Fee
Our Diagnostics Fee covers all diagnostics, labour, and testing costs. If our talented team has assembled your computer before, you’ll enjoy a discounted rate. We aim to complete our diagnostic tests within 3-5 days, but if you’re in a hurry, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Booking Your System
When you need us to take a look at your computer, please disable your login password before booking or share it with our team during the booking process.
Data Protection Reminder
Your data is important to us! Before bringing your computer in, make sure to back up your important files to prevent any data loss during the repair process. While we strive to maintain data integrity, some situations may require data wiping or storage replacement. Umart is committed to customer satisfaction but cannot be held liable for any data loss during repairs.
Limitations
We proudly service a wide range of desktop computers, but we currently do not work on laptops or certain branded prebuilt systems with proprietary connectors, like some HP, Dell, or Lenovo models. If you’re unsure if your computer qualifies, our knowledgeable staff is here to help.
