When will my order be delivered?
We're committed to getting your orders to you quickly and reliably. While our delivery times are based on industry averages provided by our couriers, please note that delays can happen during holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather conditions. For remote areas, deliveries depend on local transport schedules and might take a bit longer.

How do I know what my tracking number is?
Once we dispatch your order, you'll receive a tracking number. You can check your delivery status on the Australia Post Website. If you haven't received your tracking number, it might be in your Spam or Junk folder. Still no luck? Send us an email with your order number at support@umart.com.au.
I've received my tracking number but cannot see any scanning on it.
Sometimes, items won't show any scanning until Australia Post marks them 'On For Delivery'. If you're concerned about your delivery, let us know or contact Australia Post directly.

Can I schedule a time for my order to be delivered?
Currently, scheduling specific delivery times with Australia Post isn't available. If you're not home, they'll leave a card for you to collect your parcel from their nearest facility. To avoid any inconvenience, consider using a work address or another location where someone can sign for your order on your behalf.
