Introduction

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A Umart Online. The "Prize" refers to a full gaming pc setup that includes one (1) MSI x Thermaltake G7 Intel i7 13700K RTX 3070 Gaming PC valued at $2977, one (1) Cooler Master GM27-FFS 27inch 165Hz FHD Ultraspeed IPS Gaming Monitor valued at $349, one (1) Thermaltake Level 20 GT Battlestation Heigh Adjustable Gaming Desk valued at $529, one (1) Thermaltake Gaming U Comfort Gaming Chair - Black/Red valued at $399, and one (1) Keychron K8 Pro QMK/VIA RGB Aluminum Frame Wireless Mechanical Keyboard valued at $179. Total Value $4,433.

Participating in the competition means agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by "The Promoter”.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and located within Australia. Umart Employees and their immediate families are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person, and the competition is open to anyone who purchases any eligible peripherals valued at over $99 during the entry period. Eligible peripherals include keyboards, mice, headphones, microphones, monitors, speakers and webcams. The Orders that are cancelled will be disqualified from entry.

The promotion period begins at 12 am AEST on 01 June 2023. All entries must be received by 12 am AEST 01 July  2023. 

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.

The Prize

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen randomly and notified via the email address provided at 2 pm AEST on 7 July 2023.

The Promoter will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 5 (five) days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. You may be responsible for covering any reasonable costs related to the delivery to your location.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing feedback@umart.com.au.

If requested by the Promoter, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name will be announced on the Promoters website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
