Offer

The amount saved per transaction excludes taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

Offer Period

This offer commences at 00:00 (AEST) on 10 February 2025 and ends at 18:00 (AEST) on 13 Feb 2025 (“Offer Period”). Umart reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.

Limitation

To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, enter the redemption code during the checkout process. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or voucher. Returns

If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using this discount, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.

Cancellation

If you redeem this offer and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you and the transaction will still be considered a redemption. This offer cannot be withdrawn into your bank account and cannot be transferred.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the promotion or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion/offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
