HOW TO REDEEM
To qualify for the bonus product through online redemption, customers are required to make a single transaction purchase of a selected TP-Link product between July 10, 2023, and July 31, 2023. The purchase can be made from any participating reseller or retailer. The bonus product will be sent directly from TP-Link Australia. Customers must redeem their bonus before August 7, 2023.
Redeeming your bonus is a simple process:
1. Purchase one of the eligible models: Tapo RV10 Plus, Tapo RV10 or Tapo RV10 Lite.
2. Scan or take a picture of the receipt or invoice, as well as the serial number located on the back of the product.
3. Complete the online claim form at https://www.tp-link.com/au/promotion/2023rvseries/ and upload a copy of the receipt and the serial number.
The following information is required to submit the online claim form:
* Photo/scanned copy of the receipt.
* Serial number of the eligible product purchased.
