Customers/End users must submit the S/N number from the actual device after receiving the Claw 8 AI+.
MSI reserves the right to adjust the pre-order period based on stock availability, verify the redemption inquiry, and if the users do not meet the requirements, MSI has the right to not proceed with the redemption.
Redemption Details
To Redeem a $50 USD Steam Card
Step 1
Register your eligible product through the Member Center (https://account.msi.com/) and upload the required proof once you have received your physical product:
- Upload a clear image of your MSI product with the serial number (S/N).
- Upload a clear image of your purchase invoice with the eligible model name.
Step 2
Once your claim is approved, we will send the $50 USD Steam Card directly to your email address.
To Redeem Diablo IV: Vessel Of Hatred Game + Expansion
Step 1
Register your eligible product through the Member Center (https://account.msi.com/) and upload the required proof:
- Upload a clear image of your MSI product with the serial number (S/N).
- Upload a clear image of your purchase invoice with the eligible model name.
Step 2
Once your claim is approved, we will send the code that unlocks Diablo IV base game and the Vessel of Hatred Expansion key directly to your email address.
