Tracking Your Uber Delivery

Stay informed about your order’s progress with easy tracking:

1. Order Packed: Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email with a digital invoice and a tracking link.        
2. Live Updates: Uber will send you SMS updates with a live tracking link to follow the driver.        
3. Secure Delivery: You'll receive a PIN via text from Uber, which you'll need to provide to the driver upon delivery. The driver may also ask for the last 4 digits of your mobile number to verify the delivery. Missed deliveries will be returned to the store. If the delivery fails due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer needs to bear the cost of return. The return postage is the same as the initial delivery cost.
